4. Payments & Billing

Paid services are billed as described at checkout or in a proposal. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-transferable and due in the currency shown.

• Pricing may change for future purchases; changes do not retroactively apply to already-paid invoices.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.
• For subscriptions, billing occurs on a recurring basis until canceled.
• If a payment fails, we may retry processing and/or pause paid functionality until resolved.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules depend on the type of service and the scope already delivered. Where required by law, mandatory consumer rights still apply.

• Cancellations: You may request cancellation of recurring services before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Refund requests: Must be submitted within a reasonable time and include the order reference and reason.
• Work delivered: For custom work, completed milestones or delivered assets may be non-refundable.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us first. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
